What do you do in your free time?
Having two young and energetic daughters doesn’t leave me with an abundance of free time, but my wife and I do love spending time with them and cheering them on in soccer, gymnastics, and school activities. I enjoy golf, hiking, spending time with family and friends, and travel. Over the winter, we traveled as a family to Thailand and we are looking forward to London and Romania this summer.

How long have you been with ACP?
10 years

What is your career background?
I’ve always had an appreciation for working with older adult patient populations and I began my PT career working in acute rehab. I spent time as a director of rehabilitation prior to transitioning into hospital-based outpatient orthopedic and brain injury practice. I joined ACP in 2009 as a Clinical Program Consultant and I am grateful for the skill-set as an educator and mentor that ACP has helped me to develop.

What inspired you to work with ACP?
Physical Therapy, as a profession, allows me to use my time and energy to serve populations in need.  ACP, as a unique leader in the medical technology and clinical education realms, has given me the opportunity to exponentially expand my impact. In the clinic, I was able to work with ten patients per day. Whereas, as part of ACP’s clinical education team, I can offer best-practice guidelines to dozens of therapists on a weekly basis, which allows me to impact patients in over fifty rehabilitation facilities in three states.
